Eventually, Saito soon gets his own sacred gear that holds one of the most powerful beings in the whole underworld. In an attempt to control them, the Council orders that they must each take a wife in hopes that she can tame these men who show signs of being dominant. They would then fight in the Great War between the Factions to rise on top again and lose yet another big portion of their population, rendering their population down to the hundreds. They would then all die out after one of their own hunts them them and kills them all before engaging in a battle with the final one in which he died in. The man who discovered it decided to make the metallic liquid into arrows. He then buried them underneath his homeland and in the year 2000, it was eventually discovered and monstrous beings called "Klaxosaurs" begin appearing. The arrows were a sign of hope as when exposed to the air, it chose which people to grant powers from. A visual manifestation of life energy to the user. Ordinary people cannot see it, but people who were granted with these powers can see it. It could not be harm by ordinary things, only other special people can hurt it. This was known as a Stranxx, and people who were granted these powers used it to kill the infestation of Klaxosaur. Some used it for good, some used it for bad but they didn't know that there would be a school just to train your Stranxx and fight Klaxosaurs. Thus we focus on our main protagonist, Hiro. He is Stranxxless but he has a dream, and that dream is to be known as the #1 Hero that destroys Klaxosaurs in one swoop. So he thinks that the program will help him fight the Klaxosaurs.
