There are many different worlds, different elements, different realities. We live inside our own illusion of security and normalcy, not daring to think about the abnormal that might take that buffer away from us. But when the barrier between absolute time and space is cracked..... What might happen to the home we once knew? The people we once knew? The trust, love, sorrow, anger, and loss we once knew?

Manhunt!Dream and DSMP-Dream find themselves swapped after a freak accident with an unknown force colliding against the obstruction of alternate dimensions. The two halves of the same person are stuck in each other place's in unknown worlds, now tasked with surviving in the wake of their counterpart's actions. While one attempts to gain trust and help from the many he betrayed, the other must live in a world where he no longer has the power he had once gained.
Will they return things to normal, before it's too late?
Before Death and Judgement catch up to them?
Or will they fully destroy the unbalanced continuum?
