"You thought that you made me weak and vunerable. Wrong, I got stronger" I say with so much hatred while I am holding him over the Chasm. He is trying to reach me but can't.
"Zorro!" someone says behind me and I roll my eyes. Of course he had to come.
"Don't do it" he continues
"I have every right to! He ruined my life and now I'M ruining his life" I scream so that he can hear me over the loud sound from the Chasm. I give him (who I am holding over the bridge) a dead stare before I let go of his collar. I don't even look at him when he is falling down into the Chasm. Then I walk away like nothing happen.

Zorro is the only girl in an Amity family with five brothers and a father. She is like a shadow, most people don't know that she exist. She was beaten by her brothers as long as she can remember. Now she is sixteen years old and about to choose faction. Does she choose Abnegation to find peace from her past? Or does she choose Dauntless to get revenge on her brothers?

I only own some of the characters (like Zorro, Sara, etc) all right goes to Veronica Roth.

Chikara (力) is the Japanese term to describe "strength, power". This term expresses itself throughout the story as the characters' growth strives. It was not long ago when the child of Amity residents was saved by Dauntless Special Ops Corp leader Sam Quinlin before being murdered. Showing talent at a young age, the leader saw this as a promising candidate to take his place in the future as the new leader of the Dauntless Special Ops Corp. The child was put under gruel training when the child reached the age of six. Due to improvement, the child was able to be the youngest child to ever be accepted into the Choosing Ceremony, being fourteen years of age. Success was brought upon the child, showing through the leader board as being ranked number one in the class. After one year, the child was finally promoted to an Officer position in the Dauntless Special Ops Corp, one of the most highly elite groups in the faction. After five years of work, the child was sent to train a new set of recruits, only for the purpose of hopefully passing on skills, and proving their skills worthy of them taking over the place of Leader in the future. However, as the child is faced through the obstacles of teaching, ambitions may change. This is the story of Adelaide (a-duh-laye-duh) "Popper" Foster. All characters and plot from the Divergent Series belong to Veronica Roth. I, however, take full responsibility for my characters and my own events I created (which will be fully noticeable). (Story is also completely edited)

{BOOK ONE} There are five factions. Each had their own reasoning for thinking why the war had happened. Dauntless; cowardice and fear. They strive to be brave, fearless. Erudite; ignorance. They strive for intellect, to be smart and curious. Candor; deception. They strive to be honest. Amity; they blamed the war itself along with fighting. They strive to be kind, forgiving, peaceful. Abnegation; selfishness. So they strive to be selfless. Dauntless are our police. Erudite are our teachers. Candor is the law. Amity are the farmers. And Abnegation are our government. I would sit on the ground everyday, wearing my yellow dress with black sandals. Wasn't the best thing for me. Dresses made my shoulders to broad, especially the flowing ones. When I was home alone, or with my mother, I would wear I tight black shirt and white shorts. No one would really approve, mostly because they were Candor colours along with the fact it's not... welcoming enough. I never understood Amity, not because of the kindness and the peacefulness; well, mostly the peacefulness. Whenever it should come down to defending ourselves or walking away. We walked away. It confused me. Maybe I wasn't Amity enough to understand. Maybe I wasn't kind enough. Maybe, just maybe, I didn't belong here. So where do I belong? A/N : First chapter is a little sketchy but that is the case with all of my books. I promise it does get a lot better afterwards Start: Feb 06 2021 End: Dec 15 2021
