The continuation of my previous story Something Like Summer. This is the 2nd part of the trilogy, with the last being Something Like Spring. It has passed 2 years since Oskar met Aaron for the first time. They haven't talked to each other since then. Aaron lives his best life with his friends and girlfriend, as a popular boy. He quickly forgot about Oskar. Oskar also has his accountable friends, but the day he met Aaron for the first time in 2013 he fell in love with him. He tried to hide it for a long time. One year later in summer 2014 Oskar finally admits to himself he's in love with Aaron, but it seems like their ways had been separated for good. Another year flies by, and now we have the autumn of 2015. 14-years old Oskar begins his 3rd and last grade of junior high school in Poland. The boy tries to accept the fact that Aaron, 16, ended the same junior high school a few months ago and that he won't be seeing him on corridors anymore during breaks. They meet though, at the same school. One incident will bring closer boys to each other for the first time. However, Aaron is clearly only into girls. Oskar feels attracted to boys but still doesn't admit to himself that he might be gay and generally is in denial. What will happen between them- friendship, love, hatred? Maybe nothing? The future will tell...

My Lovely Life - The Story of Ethan Bennett
I just wrote all of this and then I accidentally deleted it as well as the book cover. I'm somewhat infuriated atm. The book was written as I fell in love for the first time, while in the Swedish equivalent of High School so it should be one hell of a ride ;) It may need some updating and I'll get to that some day, but it's perfectly readable in the meantime. A lot of my friends have approved the book as well. It is dedicated to my former best friend Adam, whom also was my biggest fan I think. Anywhoo, the book is about a boy named Ethan Bennett, his best friends Matt and Diana, his half-brother Josh and their friend Sophie. Later you'll also be introduced to Isabelle May. It's a feel good story about a loving high school friend group. I think that's all I'm going to say... Happy reading :) Oh and also, my characters aren't going through anything extremely traumatic, but just like most teens nowadays they all have their struggles with life and mental health and so on. "I think I'm gay." I say, leaving out the part about my... exposing dream about him last night. I watched his expression, waiting for some sign that he was angry. I waited for him to call me a faggot, to curse me off and tell me he never wanted to see me again. Instead, I was greeted with his perfect toothy smile. "That's great man, I'm of proud you." He says, patting my arm as he stuffed another cracker in his mouth. "It takes some real balls to come out to someone." He says, his beautiful green eyes blazing into mine. I felt myself become flustered at his gaze. "Uh, Yeah, Thanks." I stumbled out, "You're not mad?" I ask. His expression turns to hurt as he crinkles his eyebrows. "Why the hell would I be mad?" He asks, hesitating on the crackers and pushing them away. "I just thought-it's just- well... you just always seem so pissed when someone mentions the word gay." I spit out words, scared for his reaction. He sighs, "That doesn't fucking mean I hate gays. Normally when I do that it's because someone's using the word 'gay' to hate on them, it just pisses me off, you know?" He asks, bringing the crackers back into his lap and biting into them. "Plus-" He adds on, "You're my best friend, if anything, you being gay is a blessing. I'll always support you." He says, glancing at me through the side of his eyes. I look away, towards the door to hide the crimson blush that I feel spread over my face. "Thanks." I all but squeak out. They turned Oskar's friends against him and the 12 years oldie feels heartbroken, as he always put friendship as the most important thing in his life. He's not glad about ending elementary school either, as he loved colleagues from his class. They spent 6 years together, and right now- Oskar has to start over- in the new school, in the new class, with new people. After turning back from Spain, at the end of August, right before the beginning of a new school year, Oskar comes across his friend Paulina with her friend Ola and...good looking, 2 years older boy named Aaron.
