15 parts Complete MatureChild is a steampunk sci-fi thriller. In second person, present tense, you, a mostly introverted, non-binary ten year old, are found at a train station with no belongings and no memory, by a nice woman in a WWI style gas mask. When nobody can find any leads as to who your parents are or where you came from, she adopts you as her own child.
Your search for truth and need for belonging lead you on a bizarre adventure involving a group of train thieves, a message conveyed through ant trails, a group of unqualified astronauts, a chocolate milk-loving drag queen, and a lot of things you would give your left ear to unsee.
I'm not sure what this is going to be when I'm done. I've finished the whole plot narrative, but I have to fix the writing, because it's too fast-paced and it's supposed to be slow. Constructive criticism is appreciated.
I feel like I should say this so nobody gets confused: It isn't related to anything going on now. It's future/past. The mask thing is just a sci-fi thing.
