In the distant future, humans have entered interstellar expansion.
The many life forms they encountered during their journey, were not always friendly.
Wars between the other life forms always took place during those times, be it for territory or resources or for any other reasons. And eventually their planet also became targets to these wars.
The war was devastating and horrible. Many lives were lost and many civilizations had gone extinct.
After decades of war, everyone got fed up with all the senseless killing. They all realised that if they continued this war, no one will be left in this universe.
A grand peace negotiation took place, and many representatives of the different races came to sign it.
Decades later, a united organization of all the races present in the universe was formed called, ''The Universal Planetary Alliance '' . Its job was to ensure that the universe was safe, peace was maintained and people could live happy lives.
But peace could never last long...
As time went by, crimes also thrived.
Some were so big that local law enforcements could not handle them.
On seeing this, the alliance decided that on every galaxy, an organization was to be established. These organization were established to solve and neutralize the crimes that local law enforcements could not.
Now, a new squad was formed in the ''Milky Way Galaxy Crime Investigation Department. '' or the MWGCID in short.
Well the only problem with the squad is that, it is a ''Mismatched'' squad.
'' We have an ex-drug dealer, A mute assassin, a super soldier, a mad scientist and a cop...Well! what could go wrong. ''

I am not from this planet. Hell, I am technically not from this galaxy. Once I was in the forest turning back was never an option, so I put it in my head that I'd keep walking until I found a civilization or a nice paved road that would lead to safety. But that never happened because the forest has a force living through it. Believing that the forest held something strange was the easy part but experiencing it myself was something totally different. I didn't expect anything normal but I didn't expect to be completly engulfed into the forest. I was led by an unknown presence that made me truly believe it was a living being, and in fact it is. I was innocent then, but now I know that anything can be hidden under a small platform in the woods with a secret bigger than the world itself.
