Hwang Joon is a Counter. He has been since he was only 14 after he was picked when he'd gone into an intense coma, he was in the last stage. His grandfather was deciding to pull life support that night for his grandson. Though that didn't happen as Joon became a Counter leaving behind his traumatic past and horrific grandfather. He worked as a counter alongside Ha-na, Mo-tak, Mae-ok, Jang-mul and Cheol-jung. But in due time their Counter team will have a new Counter Mun.

Joon will go through twists and turns being a Counter and doing his job getting rid of evil spirits as well as maybe going through tough situations, dealing with his past, complicated feelings, fears, good time, maybe even relationships and much more.
