In a world where love should be everything, to a lot of people, love in itself means nothing. It's all but a broken promise.
Summer of 2014, I broke my own heart. This is a collection of it's broken pieces, notes and letters I wrote to myself every time, it was hard to hold back how much I missed my misses.

The Forgotten Tragedy
Harsh and raspy; His voice bombed with power as he clenched his fists in rage. The young girl stumbled over her bare feet, her heart about to explode out of her chest. Her breathe was ragged, eyes shut for a split second before being born again and filling her body with a big scoop of that cold morning air. She starred hard at the morning sun as it started to peak its way over the horizon. All of her built up emotions start to find their way to her watery eyes and pour down her cheeks. Smiling as she cried the last thing that girl noticed was the wonderful white snow falling on that not so beautiful Christmas morning. He is a drunk, he cant let go of the pass or control his anger. She just wants to protect her child and live a happy life. She just wanted to help but now she needs someone to help. He just wants to be loved. Why does life never go his way? He is a horrible, rich powerful man and always gets what he wants. He has nothing yet he still tries to help all for what? #Wattys2016Complete
I Wish There Was Time

Time Can't Heal This
I've always hated the saying "Time heals all wounds." Maybe in most cases that may be true. In my experience with life and pain however, time has only ever bled out the wound. The scars that the wounds left behind though, are often so deep that just looking at them becomes painful to the mind. Time only heals what you let go of. Sometimes letting go and moving on just doesn't feel possible; no matter how much time you let pass you by. These poems signify what time hasn't healed for me.Complete

Drink up~ the loneliness. Broken.~ Crushed.~ Shattered.~ Torn.~ Explore my deepest.. We have to lose grip and lose ourselves to realise things, accept the changes even if it takes someone so precious to let go and break you in pieces I remember being once a teenager and thinking I had no one to speak to. Fix Me, I'm Broken
Walking into an empty house is normal to me. I guess I got tired of saying 'I'm home' when nobody is home to reply. It wasn't always like this. I remember when our family was close. Now we don't see each other any more. We don't talk to each other. We don't eat with each other. We don't ACKNOWLEDGE each other. This all happened after my 'Mother' killed herself. My father blames me. This is my story about how I learned to not count on anyone else but myself. I'm broken. I'm used. No one can fix me. But when the New Boy in town tries to fix me, everything will change. Good change or Bad change, I don't know. Only time will tell.
