While away at a training camp in Tokyo with Nekoma and Fukurōdani, Hinata has seem to be acting really strange lately. He seems to be tired shortly every time he practices, and he sometimes looks like he is in pain. 

When he returns from Tokyo, he goes to the doctor's only to find out something horrible is wrong with him. After this, he decides to tell Kageyama why he's been acting strange and what's going on with him. 

When Kageyama finds out about Hinata's illness, this causes him to become more attached to his teammate and even rethink his feelings for him. What will happen from there? Will Hinata get better? Or will he have to prepare his goodbyes for good?
