What if Izuku had a power, but it wasn't a quirk.  So rare that only a hand full of people in the whole world knew it existed in the first place.  And because of this his entire life had been flipped upside down from the beginning.

The modern world is incased with super natural ability that covers around 80% of the population called quirks.  For the other 20% they are produced quirk-less and seen as weaker beings, but in reality a small few of those quirk-less people have a greater power.  In that 20% of people, 0.007% of them are special. 

I don't own MHA or the main characters you will see, they are own by Kohei Horikoshi.  I did create a few other characters that you should easily identify but the main one.

( You guys get how it's introduced ) when izuku discovers he can't manifest a quirk but he did get a pokemon. everyone except two people belittle him for not having a quirk and somethings out of his control. Izuku Midoriya a young teenage boy in the world of superpowers where the strong ruled the weak. Ever since when he was young when he first got diagnosed for his quirk, he was quirkless. That alone didn't bring him down but it made his friends turn their back on him. They belittled him, insult him and even go far to hurt him with their quirks. He alone weak in a world and even All Might didn't support his dream, he was left with nothing but anger. The anger is not for anyone but himself. He blamed himself but he knew he couldn't control what he was given. Now when he was on his last breaths something changed. Within the limits of the world he was given a quir- no a power. One that can surpass his limits, one that can make him go beyond and one that can even overpower gods. Now with this in his arsenal he would show this world that even if he doesn't have a quirk he has one far beyond that.

Even Bakugou doesn't want to be around him. He just decides to distance himself from everyone, until in the 1st grade a certain bobbed haired gravity girl greets him. This is my first fanfic. Disclaimer: There will be MASSIVE My Hero Academia manga and anime spoilers and references of other media.( Monster Hunter, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Black Myth Wukong, Nioh, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Godzilla, and many other anime and games) Side Note: It's pretty obvious, but to answer any future questions, this story is in an alternate timeline where everyone's' quirk, were already developing. Example: Deku can use more than 50% of OFA without damaging himself.
