He just hates adults and loved to cause mischief, so he fucked around and screwed Captain Hook over, pretty much giving him that name after cutting off his hand and feeding it to that crocodile. Now Captain Hook is always being harassed by Peter because Peter thinks it's fun I guess? Cause he obviously isn't actually trying to kill him or anything.
