Richie always thought love was pointless. His main goal in life was to find out what his streak meant. Each person was born with a streak of color in their hair. The streak would determine your talent. Richie's life revolved around his streak. Well, until he met Eddie Kaspbrak in first grade. He loved hanging out with Eddie. He was smart, funny, and his smile was breathtaking. Richie started noticing Eddie's features in 5th grade. He didn't know why he felt what he felt but he knew that his feeling was real but also wrong. His town hated different. Different meant bad. Richie began to struggle with his inner demons telling him he was a worthless f*g who didn't deserve to live.
When Richies and his fellow losers go off to high school to discover their talent Richies heart aches for one person. The one person he can't have. He hates this feeling, desperate to push it away. So desperate he is willing to do the unthinkable.

PLEASE READ: Warnings > Language, Drugs, underaged drinking, substance abuse, homosexuality, homophobia, bullying, a little explicit at parts, blood, suicidal tendencies, mental illness, heartbreak and child abuse. Credit to Steven king for the characters!!! 🫶🏽 : Richie moved to Derry in 8th grade after events in his hometown broke his family into fragments. His parents take extra shifts at work to avoid conversation with their son. Eddie doesn't like Richie at first. Richie is tall and slim dark hair and eyes, and looks to be on drugs. Yay. Everything that Eddie avoids in life. But Richie's personality has Eddie like a magnet. Bev met Richie in eighth grade after he was beat up by Bowers and his goons. She remembers it like it was yesterday. She's like a sister to Richie and is always by his side. Most think they're dating despite the rumors about Richie. Bill liked the way Beverly looked since fifth grade. He thought she was really pretty. Short curly hair, green eyes, perfectly pink lips. He thought he was in love with this girl. So his current friends make some few new friends. Stan is in love with Bill. And he can admit that...to Eddie. Eddie knows, and he's always been super supportive. Derry doesn't like Queer people. Stan isn't out, but he'd still do anything for his close friends...well...crush. Ben is on the football team. He's shy, but he's been friends with Bev since freshman year. She'd come up to him and spoke to him in one of their shared classes one day. Since then he's had a massive crush on her. Mike doesn't talk much. He's quiet and un confrontational, but he'd Fuck someone up if they hurt Ben. Ben is like a younger brother to him even though they are the same age, and he may not be mean, but for Ben, he can be.

"You have to admit, Richie. Connor, Mr. James, all the fights you get in, my mom being crazy, everything going wrong right now... the common denominator is me." "How would you even know what the common denominator is? You hate math." Richie argued back, earning a small smile from Eddie. "The common denominator is obsessiveness. Not you Eds." Eddie smiled more at this and laughed. "You're obsessed with me?" He raised a brow at Richie. Richie poked the inside of his cheek with his tongue, contemplating this before giving him a soft smile. "Something like that, Eddie." ~ Secrets are no stranger to the Losers club. Eddie struggles with a past he had forgotten, brought up by a familiar stranger making an appearance in the midst of chaos. Richie learns to become comfortable with his own secret once Connor threatens to reveal it to the school. Connor is out to hurt him, to get revenge on Richard Tozier. But for what? Soon he realizes the way to hurt Richie, is to go after the thing he cherishes most. Something is off to group of friends and they begin to suspect play from a demon fought years ago, seemingly gone forever. Change happens whether you like it or not. Something's can't die. I own none of the characters. If you haven't seen It chapter 1 and 2 you're gonna be confused. A lot of the important details in this story are based off the two movies and the behind the scenes and deleted scenes stuff. Also some details from the book, although if you haven't read the book you should be okay. Enjoy 😉 **** Disclaimer: The title photo DOES NOT belong to me! Richie is a prince - and a different one at that. Usually you'd think that being a prince is a dream come true, but not for Richie. He just wants a normal life, normal friends, maybe even a boyfriend. When he's given the chance to move to a place far away from his small kingdom in attempt to try and have a normal life, he couldn't be happier. The problem, however? He has to pretend he's not a prince. And lying? He's not so great at that. Although somewhat desperate for a boyfriend, he never actually expected to actually fall in love... Eddie Kaspbrak. The boy with the fanny pack, who actually likes Richie for Richie. And Richie can't tell him that he's a prince in a place on the other side of the world - and he wants it to stay that way. If someone were to find out, he'd have to move back home and never return. Richie finds out that not everything is as expected, and most definitely, you can never avoid being one of those who love.
