Behind it he could see eyes, eyes of a hero, eyes of someone who didn't want to be there. Just before he was sure he was about to be killed, she put her barrel away and collapsed to the ground in tears. Both of them monsters in their own right, both seeking to help others, both helping each other along the way. I own nothing but the story. As usual, One For All will be going to someone different.

Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated. And everyone calls her the 'Ice Queen' base on her first glance face. But, even this girl is hiding something. The things people dream of having these wonderful 'Quirks' to her.....she doesn't see it as a wonderful thing. In fact a new development has been released. And it says there is a 1% percent chance anyone is likely to born with a 'Quirk'.....

This would be the start of their journey as heroes.
