When the US undertake the callous World War 2, every citizen, from all ages, rushes to help liberate their country. Including the trio of friends from Brooklyn. James Buchanan Barnes is the first of the three to enlist, following his baby sister, Evangeline Rose Barnes who was quick to follow. Unfortunately, Steve was the only one to be left behind due to his scrawny, weak and teenage-like physique. That was until a lifetime opportunity was placed in the palms of his hands. What Steve doesn't know is that his loved one was offered a similar prospect. In a war that seems to have no end, it will take more than advanced weapons to conquer. It will take the countries most elite soldiers.

A Heart Wired For War
She was Hydra's first-a psychiatrist turned test subject, enhanced and conditioned to perfect what they'd later do to him. Bucky Barnes was never meant to meet her. But after the collapse, they didn't rise-they found each other quietly, like survivors recognising a shared silence. She broke her own chains. She helped carry the weight of his. And in the hush between their histories, love didn't arrive with fireworks-it settled in like breath, like warmth, like home. Each of them carried a version of love they never believed they'd deserve. And when the world stopped asking them to survive, they gave each other something gentler: a love that stayed.
Glitter and Crimson
Elisabeth, Libby, Rogers, though being younger, always took it upon herself to look after her often sickly elder brother. A fight in an alley brings three friends together, forming a friendship that will go beyond the thought of death and much longer. When the US is attacked, thus bringing them into the war, one is drafted, one is eager to enlist, and one just wants peace. But fate is cruel even if her beings are kind. Glitter turns to crimson, laughter turns to tears, and dancing turns to mourning. (Book One) Part One: Captain America: The First Avenger Part Two: Avengers Part Three: Captain America: The Winter Soldier *I don't own Marvel. All credit goes to Stan Lee and the creators. I only own Elisabeth and her story.*Complete

About You (Bucky Barnes x OC)
*Rating this PG-13 for mentions of physical torture (canon), and heavy mental health topics such as PTSD, depression, s*icidal thoughts, etc. Read with discretion.* Saving my brain power for the actual content in this story, basically Steve Rogers (MCU) has a younger sister named Rose (I'm so sorry I know this name is really basic but it was really popular in the 20s when she was born) who fought in WWII with him and she and Bucky Barnes were engaged before he "died" and Steve and Rose were turned into ice cubes (derogatory). Rose and Steve are now in modern times (2016) having issues with their superpowered roommates (The Avengers) and trying to get their PTSD ridden third member of the trio (Bucky) to remember that he cares about them. I swear there's actually substance to this story I'm just so unserious please read it so I feel important
