As Naofumi and the other heros were summoned to the kingdom of Melromarc, they summoned an accidental fifth hero. This fifth hero was a young girl with fox like ears and tail. The summoners looked at her, shocked that a fifth hero was summoned. The summoners walked over to hit her, but were stopped by the shield hero.

The Waves of Calamity has arrived and Melromarc has grown desperate enough to do the summoning ritual of the Four Heroes. A Hero's Bond
A different take on 'The Rising of the Shield Hero' story. Naofumi still gets summoned to Melromarc along with Motoyasu, Ren and Itsuki and he's still the shield hero. However, there will be a different twist in Naofumi's fate and Motoyasu, Ren and Itsuki try to help him while dealing with their inner feelings for him.

Four heroes where summons for taking care of a phenomenal problem call the waves where monsters appear out of nowhere. But, what if there someone else who was summon with them ? Someone who can use pokemons as partners to help him against the waves. Will he help naofumi ? Will he be able to be a good allies against the waves ? I didn't create the rising of the shield hero or Pokemon. The only thing that I created is the oc.
