Howling Halloween

Ben and Elly went to New Orleans with their parents for Halloween, and stayed in a spooky house. There, they meet Hook, a young corpse obsessed with Coco Chanel. She leads them to Ghost town, a spooky New Orleans town just for ghosts. The twins meet Hook's friends, Jib, Jab, and Lily D' Inky, and famous ghosts such as Marie Laveau and Baron Samedi.
They soon meet a vampire called Jacques Saint Germain, who takes them on a wonderful tour around New Orleans, but they soon find out their friend has an evil side.
