The flower snapped with a small cling sound. She raised the glass lily to her eyes. It was beautiful, almost hypnotic. The orange and red colors blended gorgeously in the petals. It reminded her of fire. She didn't even notice that she was now kneeling on the other flowers, now broken. Their shards had pierced through her clothes and skin. Drops of blood had already started seeping into the ground below...
