At first, there was no implications with it, she doesn't have a problem with it and so does her therapist as she uses it as a coping mechanism. However, an unexpected interaction happened and it changed the course of her life. This occurrence started affecting her life and relationship; she's finally seeing the negative effects. Her fantasy and reality began coinciding and she started having a hard time identifying which is which.
