Tw: self harm and mention of anxiety As we're walking I'm focusing hard to control my breathing, so I don't get an anxiety attack in the middle of a room with 25 people to watch me. My nails are digging into my palms. I've always done that. Ever since I can remember I've dug my nails down my palms to calm down my anxiety.
