Are you feeling stuck, not quite yourself, more negative than positive, anxious, worried, bored, numb or apathetic to life? Do you notice that when you make changes in your life you often end up in a similar situation as before the change and again feel defeated? This book suggests that we are taught to live outwardly and to disregard our internal experience. Instead of focusing on changing your external experience, this book suggests to work on your internal self to create the fundamental changes that will change your external world.
This piece of writing is mostly for myself. I want this to act as my journal. I've always tried to see life from others' perspective. I think it's time to see it from mine. This can act as a rough draft of my life.
