What happens when 16 year old Zoey Gold moves to Japan after losing her Mother shortly after her fathers passing and being unable to watch her younger sisters. Zoey can't tolerate the passing of her mother and the absents of her father  and leaves America and leaves her younger siblings in the  hands of her older brother Jason. As Zoey lands in Japan what she hopes will be the land of second chances she ends up finding herself bait for  a secret undercover police investigation and runs into a rich young man helping his  family's police force solve a case. What happens when Zoey makes friend with this young man and he suggest a school for her as Zoey starts to look for education. What tip of school could a rich young man with his own police force go to? No other then the super high class and super expensive Ouran Academy! What will happen when Zoey finds a unexpected enemy at Ouran and faces her past and a threat to her new life in Japan?!
