The story follows Rowoon as he battles his illness with Myocarditis. Not only is he trying to live his life to the fullest, but he is also struggling with what will become of his parents after he passes. One day while playing the piano in the music hall, there he meets Choi Hana. A girl who is the same age as him who is also battling with a heart condition called COA.

From that day onward those two are nearly inseparable. Over the course of their friendship, they bond over music and share their interests as their bond grows stronger. Over time their feelings develop stronger for one another that their love will outlast them. Each of them leave permanent marks on their hearts as they embark on this journey together.
