Haruno Sakura, a young debuted Neurosurgeon who was working at the Tokyo Metropolitan Hospital, started to think herself non compos mentis when her day absolutely turned upside down forcing her to crack open human head with a baseball stick. With the unexpected comrades that destined to meet them at Hatake's Dine-in, they started their upside down life.
