This is one of modern alternate universe story of Naruto. Started with a thought, those who aren't alive are called the dead. Well, how about the dead that walking around the town seeking for breathing meat?
Uchiha Sasuke started his morning by slicing Salmon and garnishing the Salmon Skin Floss Roll at Hatake's Dine-in, a Sushi Restaurant of Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. As the main chef, he was the one who mastering slicing technique with the knife. Until one day, his slicing technique object changed from Salmon to human head.
Haruno Sakura, a young debuted Neurosurgeon who was working at the Tokyo Metropolitan Hospital, started to think herself non compos mentis when her day absolutely turned upside down forcing her to crack open human head with a baseball stick.
With the unexpected comrades that destined to meet them at Hatake's Dine-in, they started their upside down life. Together.

He just had to get stronger. • Sasuke Uchiha, A young boy with raven hair and midnight blue eyes, almost black, who only wears greys, midnight blue's and white, from a huge family line. A boy with great potential and high expectations. His older brother, Itachi Uchiha, murdered the young boys entire blood line.. Sasuke, promised himself that one day he would find his older brother, and kill him for everything he has done, and to restore his families legacy. He was bound to find his brother one way or another and it didn't matter how, he just knew he would kill him. He just had to get stronger. • Sasuke was put on a team with Naruto, the blonde haired boy who wanted to become the next Hokage and Sakura, the pink haired girl that had the hugest crush on Sasuke. Sasuke didn't like Sakura for how clingy she is and how annoying she gets when she yells around at the both Sasuke and Naruto. • Naruto was put on a team with the raven haired boy and a girl with pink hair. Sasuke was the quiet and mean, but actually a huge softy, he has raven hair. Sakura was the pretty girl, with pink hair. Naruto didn't like Sakura cause of how annoying she was, yelling all the time, hitting him every chance she got, screaming about Sasuke and how much she loved him. "Don't make this any harder than it has to be, Sakura." I swallowed hard, my body shaking. I can't believe this is actually happening. Who knew that it will actually end up like this? I knew that I have to save Naruto and Sasuke-kun so that we could run away and hide before it's too late. "I-I'm not opening the door." I took a step backwards, looking at the kitchen. There was a knife on the counter, I needed it. If he is going to break inside, I have to fight back in order to get out of here. I quickly get it and face the door once again. I take a deep breath and tighten the grip on the knife's handle. There was one big question that kept running inside my mind over and over again. When will this nightmare end? Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto suddenly found themselves stuck in their own "ideal world"; a world with no chakra, ninjas, wars and just peace, tranquility and happiness. Their loved ones who were once dead are alive and the place they called home is back to normal again. Everything seems perfect, right? Wrong. They soon find out the person who has trapped them in that world is out to kill them. What's worse is that he won't stop at nothing until they're dead and they don't even have chakra to fight back.
