It's summer at Monster High and the ghouls are excited to hang out with each other. Frankie
comes up with an idea so her and her ghoul friends can visit each ghoul's home and experience what's its like. The ghouls soon learn that when they arrive at each of their homes, a new monster named Gargadorth; a monster that has the powers to disrupt monsters of any kind and seeks to control all monsters. Frankie and the rest of the ghouls are set for one freaky but clawsome adventure.
