Love at first sight is a little extreme, but how about friendship? Rosemary Montague and Juliet Capulet have been best friends since meeting in the seventh grade, but there's a little more to the story: they've been secretly falling in love with each other. Rose is too far back in the closet to take a chance on her, and Juliet has never considered her feelings before Rosemary came along. Even when their feelings are made apparent, the journey to a real romance is far from over. Struggling to accept themselves and decide if they are what's best for each other, Rosemary and Juliet face the challenges many LGBT teens do in high school . . . and a few that most don't.
