Xavier Anfallig came from a slightly more well-off family probably not as much as his compatriots but still had been descended from some lower class nobles. his parents decided to send him off to a school in Belgium after discovering he was a tbdl.
his parents accepted him for it and weren't misunderstanding at all, In fact they were very supportive which was the entire reason why they were sending him here, So he could be around people like him as well as learning some Independence.

(I'm writing this kind of like an anime type of thing so if you're reading this in a sort of Western mentality, and something seem just to slight bit strange. That might be why, try to imagine this as an anime. I know that's kind of hard to do for some people to switch how things look in their mind especially when certain looks are just so concrete. But that's basically how I'm looking at things. Sort of in an anime style and that's sort of how I'm going to write this story as well. So if you don't like anime don't read this...)
