Adrien and Marinette start getting sketchy text messages from unknown numbers. Things soon take a much more sinister turn in a way that Gabriel Agreste did not expect.

I kinda tried to court her for at least the last 7 months. She didn't accept it, and I finally accepted that myself... but I guess my question is why she might not have wanted me. I'm sorry, I'm not even sure you could answer that... It just seems like Ladybug trusts you, so maybe she mentioned something to you?" -- Marinette Dupain-Cheng, a usually stubborn, headstrong girl, finally gives up on liking Adrien Agreste.
