In this alternate universe, Mikoto Tsugikuni was a member of the Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. She went missing during a mission, and her fate remained unknown for several years. Meanwhile, Tanjuro and Kie Kamado were enjoying their day as they were taking care of Yamato, who was only an infant at this time. But over time he would grow up among the oldest of six siblings, after arriving home he met Kagaya Ubuyashiki and soon his life changed forever.
