Hazel meets a guy named Jake, she thinks she is falling for him but she doesn't want to forget about Gus just because he died. Her best friend also likes Jake so Hazel has a problem with that.......Hazels cancer has been completely gone for a while but one night she couldn't breathe and went to the ER. Did her cancer come back? Did she die? Does she ever take a chance with Jake?
