"Ms. Acaster, is it?" Seth chuckled, shoving his hands in his pockets and taking a step towards me. "I've got to say I'm not comfortable with waiting on you to crack, so I must ask why can't we just skip to the part where you're in my bed."

"Because you are barking up the wrong tree, Mr. Rollins."

"So what tree am I barking up?" He continued walking until he was inches from my face with my back against the wall. "What criteria am I violating?"
