The Pianist's War

This is a poem that I wrote for my English class. It's about a pianist's "inner war" when he is presented with a new piece of music. The creative liberties that could possibly be taken with dynamics and emotions, it is very much a pseudo war.

BEING REWRITTEN! Bellica: Defying Fate
Planning on changing new cover. Revelation 6:4 "Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword." Proverbs 21:15 "It is a joy to the just to do judgment, but destruction shall come to the workers of iniquity" Fate has a strange way of throwing things at the Horseman of War and Justice, as he received a message from the Goddess/Horseman of Death. She was thought to be killed during WW2, somehow she surived and living in a world of fantasy and magic tech, with a family of her own. Yet, she send a message to him personally to travel to her world to not only to bring order to a chaotic and destructive world, but also to guide her children to defy their Fates. A Nephilim girl of her own and the reincarnation of Sin itself. Despite this unexpected and questionable task, he still follow her order and bring his army to a new world, facing off a bioweapon demonic plague, magic tech army, superior magic and people who just wanted to see the world burn. This is the story of Defying Fate itself.
Waltz of Steam and Magic
In a world where steam and magic intertwine, ancient treaties collapse under the pressure of a new order, and two drastically different civilizations collide, shaking the entire continent. On one side, an advanced industrial civilization fueled by the power of steam and machinery; on the other, an ancient kingdom built upon the magical elements and arcane forces of old. As these forces clash, the entire continent is thrown into unprecedented chaos, signaling a transformative era that no one is prepared for. At the heart of this upheaval is a war without smoke, a battle between technology and magic. With the rise of the Steam Revolution, mechanical technology and strange magic intertwine, showcasing endless possibilities. From the blazing heat of bullets to the cold shield of ice, from the precise firing of mechanical arms to the stunning force of magical chants, every moment of battle crackles with tension and energy. This is not just a clash of steel and elements; it is a struggle of intelligence and willpower, where the fate of the world hangs in the balance. Amid this turmoil, a young prince emerges from his homeland's palace, stepping onto a path destined to change the course of history. He is a brave and determined youth, burdened with the weight of his father's legacy and the responsibility to restore his kingdom, which faces both external invasion and internal strife. With his sword in hand and his father's expectations on his shoulders, he embarks on a quest to find answers and uncover the mysteries that lie ahead. However, the war in this world is far more complicated than it appears. The line between magic and machinery, between magic-wielders and engineers, between flying ships and steam-powered trains, is increasingly blurred. In the borderlands far from his kingdom, peaceful villages are destroyed by mechanical beasts, and ancient forests are disturbed by mysterious magical surges.

First Light of a New Age
In a distant realm where magic thrives, ferocious beasts shake mountains and rivers with their mighty roars, and individuals wield superhuman strength capable of reshaping their surroundings. It is a magical world where the strong rules. But rampant corruption and chaos exist, where slavery, rape, murder, and discrimination against the weak were all but common. The magically superior people trample over the lesser unfortunate folks, using them as stepping stones and disposable assets. All hope for these downtrodden souls seems lost, but the wheels of fate have other plans for them. In a faraway ocean, one that is filled with demons and sea monsters, a great technological civilization suddenly appeared, one that came from a world that is only filled with chaos and destruction. This civilization became the heaven for people seeking a stable and peaceful life. The Earth rose and seas parted ways, and the environment had totally changed for its adaptability. Unfortunately, the inhabitants of this great technological civilization are all but manaless, arriving in a world where they are seen as inferior and as slaves. How will they react of finding themselves in a world where people can split mountains or bend the fabric of space, and where beings exist that even conventional weapons cannot defeat? How will they survive against deadly monsters, superhumans, titanic creatures, gods, and eldritch forces that could threaten entire nations? And how will the other powers that exist in this world react to a powerful, advanced nation filled with a race they deem inferior? This is the story of one of the most powerful empires on Earth, and how it broke the balance of power and rose to the top.Lengkap
Odd Religion
"Odd Religion" is my most unapologetic piece of work I've created so far. This raw and unfiltered poetry and prose book encapsulates my poor judgement, my inability to say what I mean, my fears, my hopes and dreams, my secrecy, my honesty, my hatred, my love, it encapsulates me and everything in between. Though "religion" is in the title, don't let that fool you. The only thing praised in this book is the war between my body and mind. This book uses strong references towards christianity and religion but it's done in a metaphorical way - some may call it mockery, but I can promise you my intention is not to poke fun at any religion. Throughout the writing of this book I kept telling myself it's just words that mean nothing to anyone but me, but I hope you can tear this book apart with your own meaning and interpretation. If you're confused, let yourself wonder, if you're lost let yourself wander.Lengkap
