Ok so Toga and Uraraka were childhood friends so they was really close but Toga had gotten severe amnesia and forgot about Uraraka, Uraraka was getting beaten and starved by her parents So at the time Toga was like a physiatrist to Uraraka so when Toga forgot about her she snapped and.....
