Well, on the year of the 68th Hunger Games, eleven year old Lucinda Colden sparked Rebellion; she was taken by the Capitol, and was locked away for two months while the Capitol decided what to do with her. They made their decision that men were going to use her, and she was going to be tortured once every two months by being placed in a pool, and then it being electrified, to toughen her up for the years to come. Her main punishment, she was going to be placed in every Hunger Games, mutt or human, for the next twenty years. It is now the 74th annual Hunger Games, Lucinda has survived the past 6 Hunger Games.
