Halpha Sister

Sam Manson (from Danny Phantom) doesn't know that she had a little sister three years younger. But, across the country in San Francisco Sams little sister, Elora, just got kicked out of her 2nd foster family this year, after being accused of stealing from them. And is sent back to the orphanage.
She has lived in San Francisco her whole life with her best friend Hiro. And her dog Lilly. Elora has no knowledge about her birth family, except for a picture of a house with the last name Manson on the back. (But this doesn't matter that much to her because she thinks that her family died in a car crash when she was born.)
But this team also has a secret. What if this seemingly normal duo, are actually the legendary Nox hacker and the famed superhero Edan? What happens when all the ghosts in San Francisco decide to move to Amity Park, to fight the legendary King Phantom in a tournament? What happens when two foster family's that happen to be from Amity Park (The Foley's and the Gray's) want to foster this team?
