In the smog-filled streets of a dystopian Paris years in the future, a rigid hard boiled detective must hunt down the serial killer tormenting government ministers. The weird thing is, the killer takes their victims with an unusual object; a paintbrush. They also always leave a sunflower strewn on the body. 

Can this detective track down the killer before they strike again? Will they uncover the truth before it's too late?
