Aislin Smith's life hasn't exactly been 'lived to the fullest'. What, with her charming but annoying older brother, Andrew, and her slutty twin sister, Amber, Aislin doesn't really know where her life is headed. Other than to perhaps out of the house later on.
But when her mundane world is collided with the mysterious and sweet Seth Blood, all her worries are washed away with becoming his friend. Though, as she digs deeper into his life, she learns secrets that later show secrets of her own life. And when she starts falling in love with Seth, seeing that their love begins to flourish, strange things start to happen. Enemies become friends, friends become enemies and it seems that someone is keeping an eye on Aislin without her knowing it. Someone dangerous. Someone who has the power to destroy Aislin and everyone she loves.
And when something unexpected and heart-wrenching happens, it breaks her down. Making her an easier target. That's when she'll know that all hell as broke loose.
