NOTE: This book is loosely based on The Penderwicks by Jeanne Birdsall. If you see anything that is close to the book plot/characters and such of The Penderwicks, that is because I enjoyed how Jeanne Birdsall wrote that part of her books. Also, be prepared for spotty updates. I will try to make a writing schedule. 

Description: When the Applewood family travels from their house in Wyoming to a rental house in the small town of Redbud, California, they didn't expect to be stuck when one of them gets a broken foot.
