Kiyoomi has always stayed away from people because of his phobias. He tries to overcome them but he has always had a really hard time with doing that. He doesn't talk to many people, he rathers spending time alone in his house, cleaning or listening to music.
Atsumu, being the complete opposite talks to many people and spends alot of time out with friends. His life might seem all great but he has many things hidden from the outside world.
