The year is 1947.
After the sudden disappearance of her older brother during a sailing trip, Anastasia Louise Windsor of Great Britain and Ireland becomes the heir-apparent to the British throne.
At the age of 19, she had lived a spoiled and comfortable upbringing. She struggles as her quick temper and wit clash with her education on becoming Queen, and things take a turn for the worst when her father refuses to approve of her marriage.
