Maymay is a poor girl living in the city. All she dream about is to ascend from her current state. Growing up in a damaged family, her only support for her mental and emotional health is herself. It is being poor that she blames to have ruined her life. As a girl, she thought she is weak; As someone lacking in education, she thought she is stupid. But the only thing she holds on to is her purpose, her dream and that made her strive to be stronger, braver and clever no matter what the circumstances may be.

When she thought she's doing something that would help her achieve her dream, she realize it was just something that would bring her downfall.
