Jung Hoseok didn't know whether he wanted to meet his soulmate. The concept of being connected to someone for the rest of their lives was a bit too much in his opinion. And him having seen the pain Jungkook and Yoongi had to go through when they found their soulmates freaked him out. So focusing on his career and his family seemed like a good idea rather than thinking about his soulmate.

She was free, wild, and happy. Also, she could fully dedicate herself to her work. And she loved being a detective.
