Magic is the enemy, people born with it are the cruel, ruthless creatures of the past. once, these people born of magic and power wreaked havoc on the rest of the world, its been 500 years since the mortal lands secluded themselves. every trace of magic was erased and anyone associated with magic was removed from the mortal lands. magic was the crime of the highest order, any criminal convicted of bearing or practicing magic was sentences to the leave and survive the unknown where secret kingdoms of ruthless magic wielders are rumoured to still exist. Aadea has a deathly secret, that has already ruined her life even when it threatens to end her life. When fate intervenes and takes away the last shred of normalcy from life, everything changes.

Behind all that beauty was a devastating past. A law preventing people from other kingdoms being together romantically. Children born from these unions labeled as "mixed," full of powerful magic that was feared. A once vibrant kingdom full of these mixed people was destroyed. A fallen king survived, vowing revenge. Claire and Selina were going to have to discover their new lives in the midst of a battle.
