When I found a little investigation in how Disney Princesses spend their time (http://sthnhoskinsftvnm.blogspot.com/2015/08/disney-princess-gender-representation.html) I just thought: Whoa, it reminds me actually of the daily adventures of my beloved book series, The Penderwicks by Jeanne Birdsall. Although never Disney got mentioned, there are so intriguing references and simalirities...I want to share them here in this little, fun theory... Were the Penderwicks a Disney movie all along? (cover consists of 5 shots I made with the fairy tale maiden maker of Azalea Dolls. I was inspired by the 5 main sisters, but there were not enough possibilties for fan art).All Rights Reserved
