After completing a mission that would help keep the peace between the Four Nations, 11 year old Itachi Uchiha was almost back at the gates of Konoha when he saw a beautiful flower that looked haven't looked like the Spider lilies he'd seen. 

He knew this one was different since it was a beautiful sapphire blue. When he walked over and touched it, a portal underneath him formed and he was soon falling through it.
