" Noa Ophelia Lestrange" daughter of Bellatrix Lestrange and an unknown pure blood death eater. she was one of 4 babies born in a programme set up by voldemort to produce more pure blood death eaters and eventually heirs to his "throne"
after her mother denounces herself as a death eater along with many others including the malfoy family she brings up her daughter to be just like her, stubborn, brave, popular and drop dead gorgeous.
another two of the children born in this programme were her best friend "Davina Narcissa Malfoy" and "Draco Lucious Malfoy" both as equally gorgeous as each other and surely destined for greatness.
