Hey, my name is lerato( love) and I am 18 years old whereby I've reached a stage where I'm confused about the spiritual world and other things that correspond with God.
In my family, I'm the one that is spiritually strong, I pray 4 times a day and I enjoy it because I believe in the Lord. Not a lot believe and it hurts that they don't care about God, I'm writing this because I was sent and I want to help people learn about God just as I'm learning. This generation is kind of different from the ones back then because this generation wants to know more about things, we question a lot and we research so I believe in me writing this will help you and I.
Enjoy and feel free to say your opinions because this is where we learn about God and God allows us to come in our broken forms, don't pretend or come in a sheep's skin meanwhile you're a wolf inside.
Remember God loves you and he knows you by your name while on the other hand the devil calls you a sinner, choose wisely who you want to follow.

*please I wrote this story at 16/17. I'm 28 and I crying because I would rewrite this in a heartbeat especially coz I sound crazy* so read with caution* I fell in love. I fell in love with a fairytale. Oh Yes I did. You know that one story that gives every little girl hope out there that good things comes to those who wait even in rare but simple gems like a glass slipper. This hope carried me far and beyond. It's a fairytale that is relatable to any prospect of life. There will be your evil stepmother and evil stepsisters, your fairy godmother and your one true prince. It is a fairytale that understands the element of surprise: That what we seek can sometimes appear right in front of us without knocking on our doors. Most especially, it's a fairytale that understand the importance of love: A true prince may not come in shape of perfection but regardless of the imperfections and flaws, he would still remain perfect in your eyes. Regardless of its flaws, Africa was my father and Nigeria was my prince. Africa was my birthplace, born to the greatest warriors on the planet: Shaka Zulu, Nelson Mandela, Cleopatra, Kofi Annan even Didier Drogba the famous footballer. Most especially it was my home. Journey: Into The Never-ending Way
Why does one travel from a well known neighborhood to another where the outcome of the visit is not yet understood? I could name the streets and places in my neighborhood. There was a well defined map in my head that used comfortable explanations for what to expect. Then, everything changed. I drove up the hill, parked the car in a familiar place. When I walked into the house all the furniture was the same. Yet, when I sat beside him everything I knew went away. My mind was empty, only able to engage in superficial talk. I was afraid of his cancer. I didn't know what to say or how to help. I was lost in the whole sorry business. I gave him what comfort my presence was good for and, he gracefully accepted it like a brother would. Behind the warmest smile I could draw up was a deserted beach, waves of questions washing against my feet. A great ocean met the horizon and disappeared somewhere beyond where eyes could take a mind. The world was full of trouble. Full of confusion and a catastrophic dilemma. One couldn't imagine at what destructive measure it would disintegrate into. While so many things were done to make the world a better place. At some point, it would later be revealed that the biggest problem was not a lack of educational facilities or a lack of health facilities. Believe it or not, Africa, also wasn't the world's biggest problem. The problem with the world today is sin. Sin brought about problems that would perpetuate into many more generations to come! It's almost unbelievable that someone would leave greener pastures to settle in a beat-down environment like Earth. One would wonder what this being could ever want. If life existed beyond the surfaces of our universe, why stay? If there was the possibility of walking with a glory that outshined the brightness of the sun, why hesitate? God cannot love us anymore than He loves our neighbor. His love tank is so vast that it accommodates everyone. Had He only sent Jesus Christ to the rich or the poor in African households, His love would then be conditioned to those that qualified. What makes His love so unique and strange is that He loves the broken and the sinners. He loves those of us that are unlikeable and unattractive. He persuaded His only son to die gruesomely to have all of mankind at His bosom. In the movies, opening doors and buying a bouquet of flowers is symbolic of love. In families, love is expressed in many different kind of forms. Even animals have ways in which they show affection. While all of that might stand out. It cannot be compared to the love of God. God can feel love, and He is love!Complete

Once you read this book and the bible, just study it everyday and make it a piece of your soul and your everyday life. God says, to become great in his eyes and in the Kingdom of Heaven, you have to do and teach the Gospel. God's Second Greatest Commandment is love thy neighbor as thyself. So just say if you didn't know about God wouldn't you want your neighbor to tell you about God so that you could be saved? That's what God means by his Commandment. Show everybody that God is here and alive and will never fade away. Never be afraid to show people about God (Luke 9:26 "For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels."). Also, don't be afraid that they may harm pyou about telling people about God (Deuteronomy 31:6 "Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee."). I would like for everyone to read this that is in this world, so we can all come together through Christ. So that we can live with God forever!
