When George sends Dream a song he really likes and later posts it on his story saying it reminds him of someone he's been thinking of, Dream becomes obsessed with the idea of them being together. George soon leaves for a trip to Japan to meet up with one of his online friend, and to go to a convention after. While in japan George puts a picture of him and his friend with the song in the background on his story. this makes Dream rethink everything...
