Demi is a street racer, and a hell of a good one she is, although she race, she doesn't know that she has a fan. A fan that's absolutely crazy about her and follows her around like its not a illegal thing to do.
So what happens when Demi signs up for a competition against the world's best street racers, and somehow finds her fangirl hiding in the back of her precious car, watching videos of Demi racing like its totally normal.
