Parents, that is something that not only Harry Potter never really got, but neither did neville and Brenna Longbottom.

Brenna Longbottom from the time she was three till the time she received her first Hogwarts letter, felt almost completely alone. The only person she really had was her younger brother neville who she practically raised on her own. As time moved on and she got older, the people she loved grew and grew. Sadly tho so did the unknowing danger she put them in. before the impending war begins she starts to have terrifying and realistic nightmares that would keep even the strongest of wizards and witches awake- worst of all they start coming true. now burdened with a terrible gift she was fight to keep everyone she loves alive. Thats incredibly hard though, when you're in love with a boy destined to die. when she finds out nothing is how she thought it was. what will break her worse, the fact he isn't who she thought he was, or that she, herself, isn't who she thought she was? or will it be the crushing weight of everyones life on her shoulders? Looks like Harry Potter isn't the only one drowning under the weight of expectation anymore.

"Theres our favorite Hufflepuff! We've been looking for you-" a voice call's up to me, then is accompanied by one almost the same "All bloody day! Come on down love."

I look down, startled, and Im met with the mischievous eyes and fiery hair of the Weasley twins.

"Uhm, hi guys. Whatcha need?" I greet them innocently. Fred steps forward and pulls something out of his pocket. Lifting his hand up to me he opens it and reveals a handful of shredded paper.

"Mum sent us a howler today at lunch. She seemed very upset on your behalf." He states both of there eyebrows quirked as they stare up at me. I bring one hand up to my mouth to suppress my grin.

"Oh yeah?" I question still feigning innocence. "What about?"All Rights Reserved

All of them, offering their condolences, willing to lend a listening ear if she wished to talk about it, but what was there to talk about? Cedric was dead, and he wasn't coming back. She doesn't want to speak with these strangers, she doesn't want their pity, all Thea wants is to be left alone. There is one soul that can see how much the girl is hurting without her brother, but he's seen the faces she's given whenever someone approaches. George Weasley understands he can't approach Thea as he normally would with others. But all he wants to do is see her smile again because seeing Thea's distraught face does not settle well with him at all. So, he starts off small, tripping over his own feet around her, in hopes of getting a laugh. However, it doesn't seem to work until the first frost comes and while he isn't trying to fall, he slips on ice dragging his brother down with him and finally, he hears a laugh.
