Sowon High School, in English, sowon meant hope. But the school was far from having that. In the heart of Gangnam stood the private school that was mostly funded from the money of the rich. It was notorious for accepting students that were kicked out from other schools, as long as they had the money for it. The school tolerated just about anything; thus, it was a breeding ground for students who were violent and borderline psychopaths.

Year 2021, senior student Kim Seokjin's body has been discovered in the center of the school field as the students started coming in for school. Bloodied and bruise.

The school of course, to defend their nonexistent reputation, has chosen to silence their staff and students.

Freshman Lee Gaeul starts a search of the truth, purely out of curiosity, and as she digs deeper for the truth, she also unveils more shocking discoveries not only about the school, but also about Kim Seokjin's closest friends, the dance club members-BTS.
